Therefore, KURENKOV is or has been involved in destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine through (i) his role as a Minister of the Russian Federation; (ii) his role as a Lieutenant General of the Russian Armed forces; and (iii) being responsible for and supporting policies which undermine Ukraine.
