Ground 2: SAMUEL STANISLAV NOVAKHOV is or has been involved in destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty, or independence of Ukraine through working as a director of MONOLINK GROUP FZCO. MONOLINK GROUP FZCO is or has been involved in destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, as it is or has been responsible for, engaging in, providing support for, or promoting any policy or action which destabilises Ukraine or undermines or threatens the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine."
