RUDNOV, through his ownership of Regnum, is also involved in destabilising Ukraine or undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine by allowing Regnum to publish articles which provide support for and promote policies and actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
