(UK Statement of Reasons):Nemtsev became Chair of the “Legislative Assembly” of Sevastopol in September 2019. Nemtsev is also leader of United Russia’s Sevastopol branch and involved in the Russian-organised illegal local elections, which undermined Ukrainian sovereignty.
